Where do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?
Currently we only ship to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Delivery is made directly to the delivery address provided. The delivery costs are calculated as follows: For orders under CHF 500 shipping and packaging costs of CHF 10.

What methods of payment do you accept? 
The payment of the purchase price is made optionally by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, Twint and American Express) or PAYPAL, if provided and available on the website. Your data will be encrypted during payment when paying by credit card.

Do Day shoes have a refund? 
Yes. However, you are obligated to inspect the delivered products and immediately notify our customer service at info@day-shop.ch of any detected defects. If you fail to do so, the products will be deemed accepted by you. Unless the customer has submitted a defect claim by e-mail to the customer service within 8 days after delivery, the products will be deemed accepted. Please read our policy for more information on what is covered under warranty.

Can I exchange the shoes in the store? 
Yes, you can exchange the shoes within 8 days in any of our stores, provided that the color, material and size do not differ. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made in the store, only exchanges.
